Hangzhou is a big and main city of Zhejiang Province with the population of over 9 million people. Except for its active modern role in Chinese state life – the city will host the Asian Games of 2022 – it can be proud of its cultural heritage. Our city adventure will start at 8:30am. As the city is located near West Lake, we will drive there and enjoy the morning beauty of this natural water attraction. We will cruise the lake and take a look at its picturesque surroundings. The hills and tiny islands are wonderful and seem to have been painted by some talented artist, so you will feel relaxed and see that harmony of a man and nature coexisting side by side.

The next attraction on our route will be a gorgeous residence building constructed for Hu Xueyan almost 150 years ago. This man was very successful in business at the times of Emperor Tongzhi.

After lunch the group will be headed to Linyin Temple. Here you will see various attributes of traditional Buddhist temples, as well as learn something new about this world religion. Later we will also visit one of local tea plantations and a village located right beside it, with great views and mountainous air. You will be carried to your accommodation place at the end.
