Day 01: Arrival in Lhasa (D)

Every group member will be greeted by our tour personnel m ember at the airport or railway station to be escorted to the 3 or 4-star hotel. Spend this first day to get acclimatized to the local mountainous atmosphere and explore the surroundings by yourself. All the group members will have a chance to meet each other in the evening or the next day. Overnight in Lhasa, 3★/4★ Day 02: Lhasa Suburb (B) Highlights: AM: Drepung Monastery or Drak Yerpa PM: Sera Monastery The second day will introduce you two monasteries. The first one on our list is Drepung constructed in the 1410s. It is a worship place for the local sect called the Gelug, a branch of Tibetan Buddhism. The company holds the right to offer you another place for visit this day.

Your further place of interest will be Sera Monastery that can be found to the north of Lhasa. The name reminds us of wild roses growing nearby. You will get a chance to meet monks, too. Overnight In Lhasa, 3★/4★ Day 03: Lhasa City (B)

Highlights: Potola Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street Three major attractions will be shown to you on your third day. You will explore the mountainous areas with Potala Palace, a unique construction being the highest (location) venue of its type on the planet! Become or feel yourself like a pilgrim rushing to Jokhang Temple. One will surely understand why this place is so popular. Overnight In Lhasa, 3★/4★ Day 04: Lhasa > Airport/Railway (B) The last day will be devoted to your departure.
